1 Definitions

For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following meanings of the following terms are adopted:

2 Personal data

1. The User may provide his/her personal data to the Administrator through forms available on the Site, such as the contact form.
2. The Administrator is the administrator of the User's personal data.
3. Data provided to the Administrator as part of the contact form is processed in order to answer the User's question and to maintain the continuity of correspondence.
4. The administrator guarantees the confidentiality of any personal data provided to him.
5. Provision of data is always voluntary, but necessary for the User to take the action for which the form is intended.
6. The administrator does not share the data provided to him with any third parties.
7. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected from access by unauthorized persons.
8. The User has the following rights:
   - the right to demand access to his/her data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing;
   - the right to object to processing;
   - the right to data portability;
   - the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User has previously given such consent;
   - the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator.

3 Cookies and other technologies

1. The Administrator uses cookies, i.e. small text information stored on the User's terminal device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Administrator's data communications system.
2. The Administrator stores cookies on the User's terminal device and then accesses the information contained in them for statistical purposes, for marketing purposes (remarketing) and to ensure proper operation of the Site.
3. The Administrator hereby informs the User that it is possible to configure the Internet browser in such a way as to prevent the storage of cookies on the User's terminal device. In such a situation, the User's use of the Site may be impaired.

The Administrator hereby points out that cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been stored by the Administrator, through the appropriate functions of the Internet browser, programs used for this purpose or using the appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.

   e-mail contact - When contacting the Administrator via e-mail, the User provides an e-mail address as the sender of the message. The message may also contain other personal data. The legal basis for processing personal data in this situation is the User's consent resulting from initiating contact with the Administrator. Personal data provided to the Administrator via e-mail message are processed solely for the purpose of contact. The content of the correspondence may be subject to archiving. Correspondence is stored on the mailbox server.

4 Server Logs

1. Use of the Site involves sending requests to the server on which the Site is stored.
2. Each request made to the server is recorded in the server logs. The logs include, among other things, the User's IP address, the date and time of the server, information about the Internet browser and the operating system the User is using.
3. Logs are saved and stored on the server.
4. Data recorded in server logs are not associated with specific individuals using the Site and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.
5. Server logs are only auxiliary material for the administration of the Site, and their contents are not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.
